We would like to inform you that on August 29, 2025, MAM CARGO Sp. z o.o. Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Bytom was transformed into MAM CARGO POLAND Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bytom.
On that date, the company was entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the new KRS number: 0001189839, kept by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
The change in legal form does not affect the validity of existing contracts. The company remains a party to all contracts concluded and retains its current address, tax identification number (NIP), statistical number (REGON), and bank account number.
We kindly ask our partners to note this change in their registers and records.
